Here is my latest dabble into OC characters. Pity I did not think of this before the Cells-Empire Fusion comp finished (Doh!!!)... Oh well....
Let me introduce PIKA-BUU
He occurred when Kid Buu absorbed Pikachu during a "rip-in-the-space-time-continum" due to Buu's screaming (which he does a lot as Kid Buu.)
I have now updated the WIP version by adding the lightning bolts (had to look up a tutorial for that one!)... It was actually pretty darn easy to make so I might include that in my "effects" tutorial that I am planning to make soon.
Anyway, hope you like my bad-ass Pika-Buu OC.
